Bill is a lifelong resident of California and has lived in the Sacramento area since 1979. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley earning a BA and MPh. Bill enjoyed a 28 year career with AT&T selling yellow page and internet advertising. He has been married to his wife Marcie since 1973 and they have four children. Bill enjoys golf, snow skiing and many of the other outdoor activities offered in the Sacramento area.
